Your privacy is the foundation of our work.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. Last updated May 2026.
Who we are
360° Therapy is a private telehealth and in-person therapy practice owned and operated by Melanie Rosemberg, LMHC, MFT. Our administrative office is at 1380 NE Miami Gardens Dr., Suite 242, North Miami Beach, FL 33179. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean 360° Therapy.
This Privacy Policy covers information collected through our website. The handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) generated during clinical care is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, provided to all clients before their first session.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us — by phone, email, or intake — you provide your name, contact information, and the details you choose to share about why you're seeking care.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting platform may collect standard log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location. We use this only in aggregate, to understand site performance.
Cookies and tracking. We use essential cookies needed for the site to function. We also use Google tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement) to understand which pages help people most and whether our advertising brings people to us; these tools may set cookies. We do not use remarketing, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
What we do not collect on this website. No clinical assessment, symptom inventory, or detailed medical history is collected through the website. Clinical intake happens through secure, encrypted channels after your initial inquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information you share with us to:
- Respond to your inquiry or schedule your first session
- Match you with an appropriate clinician
- Verify insurance benefits at your request
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere on the internet.
How we protect your information
All clinical communications (including telehealth sessions, intake forms, and client records) occur over secure, encrypted platforms. Our practice maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including secure access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
Email is not a secure channel by default. We use email for general inquiries and scheduling — please do not send detailed clinical or sensitive information by unsecured email. For clinical communication, we provide a secure client portal.
When we share information
We do not share your information except in the following limited circumstances:
- With your written consent. For example, when you ask us to coordinate with another provider or share a superbill with your insurer.
- With business associates. Our electronic health record platform, billing service, and telehealth provider are bound by Business Associate Agreements limiting their use of any information they touch.
- When legally required. Including court orders, mandated reporting of child or vulnerable-adult abuse, and credible threats of imminent harm.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal record-retention requirements
- Withdraw consent to future contact at any time
- File a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights if you believe your privacy rights have been violated
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@360therapy.care or (305) 396-6009.
Minors and youth privacy
We work with adolescents ages 13–18. The clinical confidentiality of teen clients is protected within the limits explained at intake (we share themes and progress with parents; we do not share session content without the teen's consent, except in cases of safety concerns or legal mandate). This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
External links
This website may contain links to external resources (crisis lines, professional associations, partner organizations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review periodically.
