Common questions

About getting started.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?+
Our intake coordinator listens to what's bringing you in, answers questions about the practice, verifies your insurance benefits, and recommends a clinician tier. No clinical assessment happens on this call — and you're under no obligation to book a session afterward. It's a real conversation, not a sales pitch.
How quickly will someone get back to me?+
We aim to respond within 2 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm ET. Voicemails left after hours or on weekends are returned the next business morning. If you have a clinical emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
I'm not sure if therapy is right for me. Should I still call?+
Yes. The intake call is precisely for that conversation. We will tell you honestly if we don't think therapy with us is the right next step — and we'll often have a sense of what would be.
Do I have to call, or can I just email?+
Either. Email info@360therapy.care or call (305) 396-6009. We aim to respond within 2 business hours. Some people prefer email first, then a call — that's fine too.
Can a parent reach out on behalf of a teen or college student?+
Yes — and most do. We're happy to talk with parents about a teenager or young adult who isn't ready to call themselves. We can help you think through how to introduce the conversation at home.

When you're ready — we're here.

Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET. We aim to respond within 2 business hours.
