A small team. One clinical standard. No exceptions.
360° Therapy isn't a directory. It's not a marketplace. It's a boutique practice — built around founder Melanie Rosemberg, LMHC, MFT, and a clinical bench she hand-selected. Every clinician is interviewed, trained, and supervised by Melanie, and held to the same standard of care.
About 360° Therapy
360° Therapy is a boutique telehealth therapy practice serving Florida and Arizona, founded by Melanie Rosemberg, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) specialization. The practice operates with three tiers of clinicians: a founder tier featuring direct work with Melanie Rosemberg, a senior clinician tier featuring Florida-licensed clinicians with 10 or more years of experience, and an associate clinician tier featuring Florida-licensed clinicians with 5 or more years of experience, trained and supervised by Melanie.
All clinicians are personally selected by Melanie. The clinical philosophy emphasizes integrative, evidence-based, personalized care over single-method or manualized approaches. The office is located in North Miami Beach, Florida.
Most therapy practices scale by adding clinicians. We scale by training them.
When you join a typical telehealth platform, you're matched with a clinician through an algorithm. The platform makes money on volume. Quality varies. Supervision is minimal or non-existent.
Our model is the opposite. The clinical team is small and intentional. Every clinician was brought on personally by Melanie after interviews and case-review evaluation. Every clinician meets with her for supervision. Complex cases get her direct input. New methods are adopted across the team, not piecemeal.
The result: a smaller bench, lower availability than the big platforms, and a meaningfully higher floor on the quality of care. We are not for everyone. We're for the people who'd rather wait a few extra days for the right fit than start tomorrow with the wrong one.
Three tiers. Same training, same standard, same supervision.
The difference between tiers is experience level and availability — not quality of care. Every clinician was selected, trained, and is supervised by our founder.

Four things you'll notice within the first few weeks.
You actually meet your clinician — not a chatbot
Intake is a human conversation, not a form. Our intake coordinator listens, asks real questions, and matches you intentionally.
The same therapist, every session
No rotation. No "the next available clinician." When something is finally working, we don't break it.
You can switch tiers later
Start with an associate; move to a senior or to Melanie's waitlist if appropriate. Your file moves with you. So does your context.
We talk to your other providers
Psychiatrist, primary care, nutritionist, school counselor, OB. With your consent, we coordinate. Care silos hurt people.
