360° Therapy pricing and insurance summary

360° Therapy offers three clinician tiers with transparent private-pay pricing: Founder Tier with Melanie Rosemberg at $300 per session (limited availability, 2-4 week waitlist), Senior Clinician at $210 per session (10+ years experience, available within 5-7 days), and Associate Clinician at $175 per session (earlier-career, supervised by Melanie, greatest availability). All sessions are 50 minutes. The practice is in-network with twelve insurance plans: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Student Resources, Optum, Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UMR, All Savers, Harvard Pilgrim, Meritain, Cigna, and Lyra. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted. Out-of-network plans receive a monthly superbill for reimbursement (most Florida plans cover 40-80%). HSA and FSA accounts are accepted. Package savings of 10% are available for prepaid 10 session packages. Limited sliding-scale slots are available at the associate tier each semester. Cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice; late cancellations are charged the full session rate.

Three tiers · One standard of care

Clinician tiers reflect experience — not quality.

Every clinician on our team is Florida-licensed, personally selected by Melanie, and held to the same clinical standard. Pricing below is for private pay. With in-network insurance, most clients pay only their copay.

Most clients meet weekly for the first few months, then biweekly. Your clinician will recommend a cadence based on your goals.

Common questions

About fees, insurance, and what to expect.

Why are private-pay rates structured by tier?+
Because the realistic clinical reality is that experience varies, and so should the fee. Every clinician on our team meets the same standard of clinical training, supervision, and approach — but a clinician with 12 years of independent practice and a clinician three years out of graduate school are not the same product. We let you choose, transparently.
Do you accept insurance?+
Yes. We are in-network with 12 major plans: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Student Resources, Optum, Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UMR, All Savers, Harvard Pilgrim, Meritain, Cigna, and Lyra. We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid. For out-of-network plans, we provide a monthly superbill for reimbursement (most Florida plans cover 40-80% of session costs).
Will my insurance copay be different than these prices?+
Yes — typically much lower. The private-pay rates listed are for clients paying directly. If we accept your plan in-network, you pay only your copay (often $0–$60 per session). Our intake team verifies your benefits before your first session, so you know exactly what you'll pay.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?+
Yes. Mental health therapy with a licensed clinician is a qualified medical expense for both HSA and FSA accounts. We provide documentation as needed.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full session rate (insurance does not cover late-cancellations or no-shows). Life happens — we don't enforce this rigidly the first time, but consistent late-cancellations interrupt the clinical work.
Do you offer packages or sliding scale?+
Yes to both. Prepaid packages of 10 sessions save 10% at any tier. A limited number of sliding-scale slots are available each semester at the associate tier for families with demonstrated need — ask us during your intake call.
What happens at the first session?+
Your clinician will spend most of the first session listening: what brought you here, what's been hard, what you've tried, what you want to be different. They'll explain how they think about the work and check in about fit. By the end, you'll have an early sense of the focus, the cadence, and the timeline. Concrete change-making typically starts in session two or three.
