About 360° Therapy — At a glance

360° Therapy is a private telehealth and in-person therapy practice serving college students across Florida. The practice was founded by Melanie Rosemberg, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) specialization and over 15 years of clinical experience. Sessions are conducted online, allowing students to receive consistent care whether they are on campus at the University of Florida, Florida State University, University of Central Florida, University of South Florida, University of Miami, Florida International University, or any other Florida institution — or at home during breaks.

The practice is in-network with twelve major insurance plans: Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Student Resources, Optum, Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UMR, All Savers, Harvard Pilgrim, Meritain, Cigna, and Lyra. Medicare and Medicaid is not currently accepted. HSA and FSA funds are accepted. To begin, parents schedule a free 15-minute intake call by phoning (305) 396-6009 or emailing info@360therapy.care between 9am and 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.

College mental health care is overwhelmed. Your child shouldn't pay the price.

Counseling centers are stretched thin. Wait times grow each semester. Session caps cut therapy short. When your child finally asks for help, they need it now — not in October.

Built specifically for the moment your child says "I need help."

Campus center or in-network therapist

  • 2–8 week wait for first session
  • Session caps (often 6–12 per year)
  • Assigned therapist — no choice in fit
  • Mental health diagnosis on insurance record
  • Care interrupted between school and home
  • Records linked to the university

Private, founder-led care

  • First session typically within 5–7 days
  • Unlimited sessions — no caps
  • Every clinician hand-selected by our founder
  • In-network with 12 major plans, or pay privately
  • Same therapist through school, summer, and breaks
  • Fully confidential — independent of the school

A practice built around one philosophy — and a team trained to deliver it.

Melanie Rosemberg founded 360° Therapy after 15+ years working with adolescents, college students, and families across hospitals, schools, and clinics. Today she leads a hand-selected team of Florida-licensed clinicians — each personally trained, supervised, and held to her standard of care.

“Every person is unique. We make every effort to understand all aspects of one's life to deliver a highly personalized treatment plan.”

Melanie is currently at capacity. New clients can join her waitlist or be matched with a senior clinician she has personally trained.

In-network with 12 major plans.

Most of our clients pay only their copay. We work directly with your insurance, including UnitedHealthcare Student Resources — the student health plan at many Florida universities.

If we accept your plan, you pay only your copay. We verify your benefits before your first session — no surprises.

Have a different plan? We provide a monthly superbill so you can claim out-of-network reimbursement. Most Florida plans cover 40–80%.

Prefer to keep therapy off insurance entirely? Pay directly by card, check, or cash. Package and sliding-scale options available.

We do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid. Sliding-scale slots are limited — ask when you call.

My son had been carrying this alone for a year. Within two weeks of starting therapy, he was sleeping again. By the end of the semester, his GPA was back. This was the best money we spent on his college experience.

Common questions

What parents ask us most.

Can my student keep the same therapist over the summer and breaks?+
Yes. Continuity is core to our model — your student keeps the same clinician through semesters, breaks, and summer, anywhere in Florida. No restarting with a new counselor each term, no transfer of records.
Do you take student insurance?+
Yes — we're in-network with 12 major plans, including UnitedHealthcare Student Resources. With in-network insurance, most students pay only their copay. For out-of-network plans, we provide a monthly superbill for reimbursement.
Is online therapy effective for college students?+
Yes. Research consistently shows telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person therapy — and for students it has a clear advantage: they keep the same clinician across campus, home, and summer, without starting over.
Can a parent reach out on behalf of a college student?+
Yes — and many do. We're happy to talk with parents about a young adult who isn't ready to call themselves, and to help you think through how to introduce the conversation.

The call is free. The next step is simple.

Talk to our intake coordinator for 15 minutes. No pressure, no commitment — just honest answers about whether we're the right fit for your child.
