A Bit About Me

My name is Jessica Mizrachi Pagelsohn, and I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Florida. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), and I am dedicated to supporting adults in navigating the complexities of life with authenticity, flexibility, and self-compassion.

I specialize in working with individuals (18 and older) experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life-transitions, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These modalities allow me to guide clients in building awareness of their experiences, fostering self-acceptance, and taking meaningful action toward their values.

I believe that life’s difficulties often provide opportunities for growth, and together we can explore how to approach these challenges with openness and curiosity. Therapy is a space where you can clarify what truly matters to you and learn how to respond to life’s struggles in ways that align with your deepest values.

It is a privilege to share in each client’s journey, and I am committed to offering a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you cultivate psychological flexibility, resilience, and a greater sense of freedom as you move toward the life you want to create.
